Primetec`s scope of work will includes the following activities

• Audit of cement plants and grinding terminals
• Operations of grinding terminals and complete cement plants
• Preventive maintenance and planning
• Management of required spare parts
• Recruitment, management and training of employees
• Management of operational stability and improvement-process, product quality, performance
• Ensuring health & safety and environmental regulations

As a member of the Loesche Group Primetec has access to 111 years of experience within the cement industry and especially in the field of vertical roller mills.

Loesche Group sells worldwide dry grinding plants for the cement, power and mineral industry. The core competence of the company consist of developing and designing state-of-the-art vertical roller mills as well as planning, project management, transport, shipping, installation and commissioning of complete plants with a high content of process engineering technology. This is augmented by service business including maintenance, repair, modernisation of grinding plant and spare parts activities.
Therefore, Primetec is looking to fill the following vacancy:

Role & Responsibility:

  • Maintain accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, prepare financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets
  • Assist in producing the appropriate financial reporting packages
  • Perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit–and–loss statements and capital expenditure schedules
  • Maintain accounting and financial records and reports including, general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports
  • Prepare records, analyses and reports regarding accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
  • Administration of all bank payments
  • Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting and analysing variations from budget
  • Analyse and prepare statutory accounts and financial statements and reports
  • Conduct or assists in the documentation of accounting projects
  • Assists in the preparation of audit files, including statutory accounts in accordance with the legal requirements
  • Comply with all relevant company and statutory environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines


Requirements:

  • University degree in economics or comparable
  • Several years’ experience in a position of appropriate responsibility
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in financial accounting
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Precise and autonomous way of working
  • Business-fluent spoken and written English and French
  • Very good MS-Office skills
  • User knowledge of  SAP R3/ Module FI/CO
  • Valid work and residence permit for Ivory Coast
