Primetec`s scope of work will includes the following activities

• Audit of cement plants and grinding terminals
• Operations of grinding terminals and complete cement plants
• Preventive maintenance and planning
• Management of required spare parts
• Recruitment, management and training of employees
• Management of operational stability and improvement-process, product quality, performance
• Ensuring health & safety and environmental regulations

As a member of the Loesche Group Primetec has access to 111 years of experience within the cement industry and especially in the field of vertical roller mills.

Loesche Group sells worldwide dry grinding plants for the cement, power and mineral industry. The core competence of the company consist of developing and designing state-of-the-art vertical roller mills as well as planning, project management, transport, shipping, installation and commissioning of complete plants with a high content of process engineering technology. This is augmented by service business including maintenance, repair, modernisation of grinding plant and spare parts activities.
Therefore, Primetec is looking to fill the following vacancy:

Role & Responsibility:

  • Primarily responsible for recruiting and personnel development of employees in accordance to the annual personnel planning
  • Implementing of  all activities and tasks related to recruitment and personnel development
  • Implementation of Human Resources guidelines
  • Checking job descriptions and processing job analysis as well as country-specific income benchmarks
  • Establishment of recruiting measures in accordance to recruiting process and employer branding strategy
  • Development of requirement profiles for the respective vacancies
  • Generating and publishing job advertisements
  • Reviewing and shortlisting applications
  • Coordination and holding job interviews in close collaboration with the responsible line managers
  • Drafting salary calculations and employment contracts
  • Tracking of hirings to accommodate personnel and personnel costs planning
  • Analysing the company’s personnel development needs
  • Securing the continuous employees’ development
  • Coordination and analysing of personnel development interviews
  • Evaluation and organization of required training measures
  • Preparation of initial training plans for new employees
  • Review new employees’ performance during the first six months with assigned line managers
  • Securing a stable payroll accounting process
  • Preparation of personnel data for the payroll accounting
  • Clarification of questions regarding to the tax and social insurance law
  • Comply with all relevant company and statutory environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines


Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration with focus on human resources management
  • Several years’ experience in the cement industry or related sector in a position of appropriate responsibility
  • Profound human resources related knowledge in recruiting, payroll and  personnel development
  • Knowledge of local labour law
  • Confident manner in dealing with consultants and other partners
  • Good communication skills, an ability to work in a team and a confident manner
  • Business-fluent spoken and written English and French as a must criteria
  • Very good MS-Office
  • SAP HCM knowledge would be an advantage
  • Valid work and residence permit for Ivory Coast
